Last Year's Mantle Party

I am joining Beth at The Stories from A to Z for Last Year's Mantle.  I LOVE visiting all the TALENT that signs up!

I am going to share my mantle from last year! Now, my mantle is loooooooooong! So I was almost standing out in the front yard to get this picture....

The trees I got at TJ Maxx several years ago....and if you follow my blog, you know that I am ALL ABOUT the GLITTER and SPARKLE!

I started with these poinsettias, which are glittered around the edges, though it is hard to tell in the photo. The I stared just poking in this and that....

Love the trees....

Since we do use our fireplace, I can't let things "hang over" too much, or else we will have meltage.....

Love my Santa print...got him from Art.com. I replace the picture that is usually over the mantle with Santa for Christmas....

I hope you are gearing up for a Wonderful Christmas Season ~~Thank you for visiting me....
Now hop on over to Beth's and check it out...

  6. In addition to meltage, you might get some sparkage which would lead to fireage and you wouldn't want that! It would be a shame to lose your beautiful display. The print is fantastic. I have a few Christmas pictures that I like to use this time of year...great minds think alike, right? I really love the monogrammed mirror...how about a close up of THAT?

  7. I love your Santa print. So cute! Your mantle looks lovely. I can live without a tree, but it wouldn't feel like Christmas to me if I didn't have a mantle to decorate. You did a great job.
