A New Vinyl

We don’t have our address anywhere around or on our house, so of course I went to The Twins at Twice as Nice to put in an order!  I love it!
Check out their blog and store cos’  I have bought several vinyl's from them and am always thrilled with everything I get PLUS I get it in like two days!

The pizza delivery guys are gonna love us now!  They always pass the house, stop, back up, stop, go forward, stop…then Steve opens the door and waves’em in!  LOVE IT!

Well, how did that get in here???  Bella pie!  She is probably hunting a chipmunk!  She just kills me catching them!  I chase her around the yard screaming “Drop it Bella!  Drop it!”
Yeah….the neighbors still love us….

Have a great day!

  2. Well, that is a snazzy looking door with your new letters! I need some of those. I might have to drop by and visit your friends.

And Bella! Does she bring them inside to you as a gift??? I had my cat do that with a field mouse. He was sort of doing this throaty, growly meow, and it sounded weird. So I went to the door, and he had a poor mouse hanging out of it. I screamed, and he dropped the mouse who was dead as a doorknob, probably from fright. One time I screamed when my other cat had a lizard in his mouth, and suddenly, the tailed disappeared! He swallowed it LIVE! Ewwwwwww! Eeeeeeek! Ah, the joys of being a cat mom!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

  9. Your door is so cute! I like the font you chose.

Grinned reading about Bella the Hunter. The cat we used to have was a bird catcher - which was very upsetting to me. I was always chasing him around screaming, "Drop it!!"

  27. I love your front porch Lou Cinda! It is so welcoming! I plan on using vinyl lettering after I replace my front door. I really like how they look. I had to laugh at your story about Bella chasing chipmunks. On the rare occasion one of my cats get outside, they go after the lizards and I try to stop them. Sometimes the lizards make them sick but, of course, it always happens AFTER I get them back in the house. YUCK!

  28. Hey Lou Cinda! I'm glad you liked my chandelier remake...it was SO much fun! I love to take something that no one else wants and make something beautiful out of it! You'll have to come back and see what I made out of a horrible clock I got from a yard sale. :) I'm gonna post it pretty soon.
I LOVE your vinyl door numbers. I was so giddy this week because I decided I was going to buy a vinyl that says welcome and put it on my door like you did your numbers. Then I went and looked at my door to determine the size and realized my door has panels all the way down...no nice little smooth spot in the middle. *sigh*... I was TOTALLY disappointed! I had my heart set on doing such a fun thing. :( Oh well. I want a silhouette cutter all my own, but I don't think that's gonna happen either! lol
Hope you have a great day!

  29. Lou Cinda, Thank you so much for stopping by to say hello. Crazy isn't it about the backgrounds. Friends are still telling me it's not showing up and that it's just black. I'll be darned because I see it perfectly well.
I just had to tell you this and I hope I'm not the millionth person to say it but girlfriend, you look like Jane Fonda. Seriously I had to take my glasses off and look closer to make sure it wasn't her. Just so you know, I thing she's gorgeous...that's a compliment.
    I'll be back!
